The solar calculator

What could your rooftop make possible?

A useful first estimate, with the assumptions in plain sight. Start with what you know and explore from there.

Make it your estimate.

Use your own bill and units where possible. Every assumption is visible.

01 · Your electricity use
Used only if units are unknown.
More useful than the bill total.
PKR 45 is an illustration, not a live tariff. Enter an appropriate rate from your bill.
02 · Your space
Location for your inquiry; no city-specific yield adjustment.
Before survey and layout checks.
Preference only; battery sizing is excluded.
70%
Increase if more of your use happens while the sun is out. Export credits are excluded.

Monthly units = entered kWh, or bill ÷ entered rate if kWh is unknown. Energy yield per kW = 4.5 peak sun hours × 0.78 performance ratio × 30 days = 105.3 kWh/month. Indicative capacity is the lower of demand ÷ yield or space ÷ 100 sq ft per kW, rounded down to 0.1 kW. Savings = the lower of monthly use or generation × self-consumption, multiplied by your assumed rate. Annual figures multiply this representative month by 12 and do not model seasonality.

Location and property type help contextualize an inquiry; they do not change the yield model. System preference does not size batteries. Shading, temperature, orientation, seasonal changes, structural suitability and actual equipment are not modeled. A survey and design can produce different results. Assumption set: 2026-10-planning-v1. A site-specific assessment may use different assumptions.
